SAN FRANCISCO—When Facebook's CEO Mark Zuckerberg took the stage at the company's 2010 F8 developer conference and announced "Open Graph," and how Facebook plans to connect social sites at various corners of the web and map what their users are doing to generate graphs of data that could be used by third-party websites to cater better to their users, the commencement of a new web era could be foreseen. A web that is smarter, more social, more personalized, and more semantically aware is on the horizon!

As of today, Makeview is paying close attention to the evolution of what could be possible with Open Graph and Facebook's continuous attempts at generating a more social and interactive web. We are studying all of Facebook's social plugins, platforms, and the concept of Open Graph. We realize that our social media solution (as seen on SalsaHook.com) that just a few months ago could have been considered cutting-edge in the way we work, is already part of the past and not welcoming to the new social web that we will be experiencing in what could be just a few more months.

Makeview will work diligently in creating solutions that conform with what Facebook is doing, incorporate Facebook's social plugins into our existing solutions, and to grow in knowledge and practice of what the web will be like in the near future.
